Project inquiries
When you send an inquiry, this website stores the name, company, email, country/region, product, quantity and project message you provide. A floor design is stored only when you choose to attach it. These records are private to authorized website administrators and are used to handle your request, not displayed in the public catalogue.
Floor Studio
The floor designer does not require an account. Saved plans stay in your browser’s local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. Exported project files and images are downloaded to your device. Choosing “Request this layout” attaches the design to your inquiry when you submit the form.
Security and retention
Inquiry records do not include your raw IP address. A temporary keyed hash is used to limit repeated submissions. The hosting server may keep normal access and security logs. Inquiries are retained while handling the request and until removed by the website administrator; no automatic deletion deadline is promised. You may request access, correction or deletion through the inquiry form, quoting your inquiry reference.
What this first version does not do
This website does not take online payments or create customer accounts. The public catalogue and designer use self-hosted assets. A project estimate is not a binding quotation, engineering certification or final installation drawing.
